- Delivery is handled by The Courier Guy.

- All orders are processed within 1 business day (cutoff 10 AM).

- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

​

- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

- If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

-Delivery standards are estimates and are not guaranteed by our courier partners.

- All orders are subject to review which may affect shipping times.

- Orders are not covered by insurance unless otherwise specified or requested.

- We currently only deliver nationwide in South Africa.
